1. Support Channels
Support is provided via email at
support@buzsoftware.com.au.
2. Support Hours
Support is provided during standard Australian business hours,
excluding public holidays, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Target Response Times
- Critical issues: best efforts, prioritised
- Standard issues: within one business day
4. Availability
BUZ aims to provide high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, upgrades and third‑party outages may occur.
5. Training & Meetings
Scheduled training or support sessions cancelled with less than two (2) hours’
notice may incur a one‑hour support fee.
